Trendy Candy Colored Dresses.

The soon to be in thing...if its not already, and really to me, I've always liked bright colors, which goes great with a tan complection, (any color does) , but anywho the new style I keep seeing more and more of, especially in sunny Miami is brights, so I have picked out a couple of cute dresses, (because dreeses is a spring / summer must have.

Im a freak for pink, especially hot pink, so when I saw this dress you know it was love at first sight. To me at least. They also have this is a vibrant sky blue color., you also can never go wrong with a yellow, which is probably the brightest out of bright colors you could wear.

Why Does Everyone Want To Be A Model?

Oh My Goodness, I am really so very tired of people wanting to be models, ok there is nothing wrong with making your dreams come true if that's what you want to be ( a model) but do you know how really hard models have it? Its not easy! I meet so many people everyday that tell me, you should be a model blah blah blah, yea yea yea, Ive been a model...well not any high fashion runway model, but in a couple of movies as an extra, (when they needed a pretty face) and a couple of music videos (nothing skanky).

But as I browse my friends, myspace pages all I see is these girls half naked talking about they are models.! I mean have some class why dont you. Yes I know there are different kinds of models, but I'm sorry someone who has to take there clothes off or barely have any on should not be calling thereself a model. Your a Nudists!! lol, You like the attention it brings you by the people who see you, but then again why should you have to take off your clothes to do so? Is the face really not all that pretty? Is that what you feel you have to do to get attention, then the females complain about the lo-life men in there lives...lol..helllllloooo look how you met them, look how they saw you, and

I'm sorry if this disrespects any female out there because you have to do what you have to do, but have some self respect for yourself. Because guys who give you all that attention just want one thing....not only that but they don't think the world of you as you would want your man to think. Then i see all these pictures of again, people calling thereself models when they are taking bootleg at home pictures....lol....if your a model sweetie you have a professional portfolio along with a resume.

To become a REAL industry model , you need to have a talent agent, (modeling agent) , a portfolio as referenced above, and an exotic look with the right measurements for your field.

I also think that "Americas Next Top Model " is a joke, because of all the seasons they had, along with the winners they had, I have not seen ONE female from that show, do anything big, well except EVA, she did apple bottom jeans....Big Woop....That's Urban Fashion, not High fashion, and last time i checked Tyra was a high fashion model, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyway I just had to vent that for a second, Its quite annoying to me. Not to mention all the people getting ripped off, trying to become a model, please people read in between the lines.
with that being said I am so going to get my beauty rest...

I'm Tired Of Shopping!!

OMG , I am so tired of shopping, (I never thought I would say that) I have been shopping since late Friday night....OH MY GOODNESS what a mission, I got a couple of things for my daughters at Toys R us, and Wal-Mart, and I'm a little bit dissapointed at Toys R Us because Wal-Mart had so much more of a selection for toys, and had better toys, I thought Toys-R-Us was the toy store giant, well not anymore, and the don't have FAO Schwarz here in Houston, not that I have seen, so it was quite hard to find cool toys for the girls, I did get them however a million pairs of clothes (it looks like a million) lol, children have more clothes than me...ahhhh...so then Saturday, I went to probably every mall in Houston, they lack boutiques which sucks so I had no choice....How annoying...... The Galleria is the only place I like to shop...So anyway I didnt really find anything in almost any mall, (how troubling) , I did however find some cute pants in Sak's, which Im so going back to buy them , after I buy for everyone on my list. So Sunday I went back to this mall, because my mom needed to find something for her boyfriend for his bday, which is the day after mine, and the same day as my husband's (she's going to be broke)..lol, and my mother is so undecisive, man I thought I was , I see where I get it from. Ok so the moral of the story is...lol....I hate shopping as of Sunday night because I did not achieve anything besides my kids stuff, and working out (walking in every mall)..lol...ahh what am I going to do!

What To Wear For Your Christmas Party!

I absolutley love this outfit and I think its my personal winner, so I had to put it first! you can find this outfit and many other cute one's at StandardStyle . The only problem is we have to find a jacket to go with this particular outfit. OH GOSH what a mission that's going to be!

This outfit is cute & trendy but needs more color, I figured this one because I can still look cute and be comfortable, versus wearing a dress, I would so have to acessorize with red, hmm how to go about this, maybe a red peacoat, yeahhhh. Green....Do I really want to go with green for the party and be different or do I want to play it safe with the regular black and red, they do have other colors though , this is a thought, and I do like the dress, I dont think whith those fishnets though, hmm, its a thought. I'm not really found of this outfit only because of the frills around the top of it, BUT I figured someone would like it, hey just because I dont doesnt me you wont. But then again we all know Betsy Johnson has a wild side when designing her clothing. This can be purchased at Vibe The Boutique , under dresses.

Here we go with green again, but you know what, this is so much cuter than the top one, by far, ewww why did I post the top green outfit again? Oh yeah someone will like it. Resembles the red one I like. This can be purchased at Pink Mascara.

I love it!

I love the fact that they have so many cool things for moms, and being somewhat of a new mom (daughters age 2&3) its so neat that I find stuff daily on mothering and stuff for moms. Im glad other woman out there are proud to be a mom just as I am, Unlike some people who I don't want to discuss (Brittany Spears) ...lol So I am a subcriber to Momfinds.com , and everyone that is a member already knows they send you cool emails with hip and trendy things for moms, so today I recieved and email from them with a couple of cool things , and the main thing that caught my eye, (well there was 2 things) 1 was this really cool place to get t-shirts for proud , trendy moms, which also celebs have purchased is this site called Promomcouture . The shirts are soooooooo cute, and they were also featured on the Oprah show last week (news to me now).

I am so going to purchase a couple, and if your a proud mom I think you should too, not that you need a shirt to prove you a proud mom, but as mothers lets make a fashion statement, and continue the fashion trend for moms! Okay so the 2nd thing was selling your breast milk...would you do it or not, go to there site and vote. I chose NOT, although some children lack the nutrients in breast milk , because of reasons beyond control, I don't think its very sanitary thing to do, especially if it's coming from someone else's breast. Hmm kind of like blood, I understand we need it and we can share it but some things aren't for sharing. Breast milk is one of them., to me at least. Let me know what you think.

H&M...Last Week

Ok I know this is so last week news but I had to write about this, so H&M just launched Roberto Cavalli Nov. 8th, and how beautiful are the clothes!! I love H&M but the only thing that makes me so so so very upset is , now that I have moved to Texas there is no H&M here. I guess I should have picked a place to moved based on where they have the stores. lol. Its silly but true. Have you ever been to that store? Very affordable and great designers! This is not happy news for that they brung Roberto Cavalli line on and I cannot purchase anything unless I go to Chicago or somewhere near to me.! , and they dont even have an online store, (well duh) So although I am happy for H&M I'm somewhat sad for myself...LOL.. Oh well I guess I will just have to wait until 2010 when H&M opens up in Texas. (Yes I did call and ask)....lol
